ST HECS is a support worker agency supplying DBS-checked support workers to supported living services across Luton, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes. We work with providers who support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical disabilities to live as independently as possible, and we recruit support workers who want flexible or permanent supported living jobs.
For supported living providers
- Shift cover: day and night shifts covered, including at short notice.
- Consistent staff: we aim to send the same workers to the same service so the people you support see familiar faces.
- Longer-term placements: temporary staff for vacancies, sickness or new services opening.
- Permanent recruitment: we find and screen support workers for permanent roles.
Every worker we supply is DBS-checked, with references, right to work checks and training records that you can see before they start. Tell us the needs of your service, including any experience with behaviour that challenges, medication support or personal care, and we will match staff to it.
